Frank Musolino
Chief Executive Officer
Frank Musolino
With a proven track record of leadership, Frank assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at TDIndustries in 2023. With a passion for developing the careers of others, he guides the company’s vision while overseeing critical areas, including strategy, operational excellence, customer relations, talent development, culture and innovation. Frank collaborates with the executive leadership team to enhance customer value and nurtures partnerships with customers, community leaders, financial institutions, trade partners and key stakeholders.
Frank is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds a Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. Before his current role, he held various positions at Power Design, Inc. and Clark Construction Group.
Outside his corporate responsibility, Frank is committed to supporting the community. He is the chair of the Tampa Bay advisory board for Make-A-Wish Foundation and is a former honorary commander at MacDill Air Force Base.
Andrew Stokes

Andrew Stokes
With a diverse financial background, Andrew leads and supports our finance and accounting teams. He joined TD in 2019 as Controller and became CFO in 2023. Andrew’s leadership skills, work ethic and financial and accounting acumen empower TD’s customers and employee-owners to thrive.
Before joining TD in 2019, Andrew excelled in various financial reporting and accounting leadership roles, after beginning his career in public accounting. A CPA, Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and a master's degree in accountancy from Abilene Christian University.
Sheri Langley
General Counsel
Sheri Langley
Sheri plays a vital role in overseeing all legal matters at TD. With key experience and discretion, she advises all divisions and manages the legal, contracts, and risk management department.
Before joining TD in 2013 as a contract specialist, Sheri worked with construction loans and provided counsel for a modular building manufacturer. Sheri is an executive member of the American Subcontractors Association’s North Texas board and has multiple community service affiliations in Dallas-Fort Worth. Sheri holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law.

Steve Cunningham
As Chief of People, Steve oversees HR, Total Rewards, Safety, Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and Legal functions. He leads efforts that reinforce TD’s culture and core values while ensuring a deep commitment to our customers and the safety of all while enabling career growth in an inclusive environment. His business acumen and sound judgment foster creative and thoughtful solutions for employees and customers.
Since joining TD in 2019, Steve has brought a diverse depth of domestic and international experience. He has successfully driven talent strategies at multiple companies and introduced and executed HR programs and policies that benefit the organization and its employees. Steve holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Creighton University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

A natural servant leader, Mike is dedicated to developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. His diverse background spans the public, private, startup and consulting sectors, where he has successfully led large-scale technology transformation and business-critical operations.
Beyond his role at TD, Mike is passionate about advancing STEM education. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies, an organization committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
David Fultz

David Fultz
Since joining TD in 2008, David has consistently improved team performance to exceed customer expectations. He leads business improvement initiatives and preconstruction across the enterprise, including engineering, estimating, manufacturing and procurement.
After beginning his career as a project manager, David quickly learned the importance of collaboration with all stakeholders. He has a knack for aligning resources and personnel to provide top value for his customers. David is a past Chairman of the Board for the Construction Education Foundation and holds a bachelor of science in engineering and mathematics from Southern Methodist University.

Matt Terry
An accomplished executive and innovator, Matt has a proven track record of creating strategic solutions to complex problems. He plays a vital role at TD supporting construction excellence and growth. Matt has earned a reputation as a trusted adviser by building strong relationships and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and safety.
Since joining TD in 2008 from the aerospace industry, Matt has held various positions, including project manager, preconstruction manager, VDC team lead, head of manufacturing and leadership roles. Matt serves on the TEXO Board of Directors and ABC National Board of Directors. He earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering at the University of Texas and was named ABC’s National 2023 Young Professional of the Year.
Lauren Turner

Lauren Turner
Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to servant leadership, Lauren has held numerous key roles at TD. She combines influential executive skills, a strong mechanical background and expertise in process management. Lauren leads TD's Building Services division, overseeing service, facilities and controls.
Lauren officially joined TD in 2014, returning to TD from a previous internship. She quickly became the go-to expert for Lean methodology and was promoted to lead TD’s manufacturing division in 2015. She was a member of TD’s Construction Leadership Forum for several years before shifting over to serve on TD’s Service leadership team. Lauren serves on the board for Metrocrest Services and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Nikki Morgan
Nikki is a strategic leader known for her ability to deliver results and navigate complex challenges. She oversees and directs strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across Service. Since joining TD in 1997, she has held various roles, including executive leadership of the Houston and San Antonio markets for all lines of business. She is known for her authentic leadership and dedication to developing people.
Nikki is a New Jersey native and an accredited professional in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). She holds a bachelor's degree in business from Stockton State University and an executive MBA from Texas A&M University. She serves on the board of Construction Career Collaborative (C3) and recently completed a term on the Houston AGC Board.

Kathy is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of leading comprehensive marketing, communication and strategic initiatives. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy, she oversees marketing, internal communications and brand management while driving TD’s strategic vision and revenue generation.
With a background that includes founding Nuance Marketing Group, Kathy brings a wealth of experience serving various industries, including technology, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and the sports market. She specializes in go-to-market initiatives, business development, and strategic positioning, ensuring alignment with TD's vision and objectives.
Kathy holds a bachelor's degree in speech communications and political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and pursued an MPA at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Bloch School of Business, where she also received CFRE certification.

Jamie Dabbs
Jamie has played a pivotal role in transforming TD’s safety results and culture to world-class standards. Under his leadership, TD’s safety metrics consistently rank among the best in the country, earning TD annual recognition and awards for innovation and excellence.
Jamie began his career with TD in 2008 as a Dallas safety manager. He has been instrumental in fostering the company’s safety culture by leveraging technology. He embodies TD’s core value of fiercely protecting the safety of all partners. Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Derek Dostal
Since joining TDIndustries, Derek's thought leadership and industry innovation have significantly impacted the company. As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, he focuses on developing strategies to meet labor demands and establishing programs to create specialized talent streams tailored to TD's needs and employee engagement.
Derek brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial, manufacturing and service industries. He previously led talent acquisition for Trinity Industries across the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
Derek holds a bachelor's in business management from Purdue University.

Tara Wolfla
Tara is passionate about mentoring employees and helping them develop in their roles and careers. As she oversees the HR Business Partner Team, Total Rewards and Learning & Development Teams within our People Department, she promotes and exemplifies all five of the company’s core values.
Tara leads many initiatives in the employee life-cycle including onboarding, employee and leadership development, succession planning, TD’s total rewards strategy including benefits, compensation and well-being, and numerous other engagement and retention efforts. Before coming to TD in 2014, Tara spent nine years in various Human Resources positions. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University in Michigan, and her SPHR, certified Senior Professional in HR designation.
Clint Allen

Clint Allen
Clint brings valuable experience in working on complex, large-scale projects with many of TD’s customers. He ensures customer expectations are met with a unique combination of technical skills, customer service relations and leadership. Clint is dedicated to excellent service and continuous improvement, setting an example for other employees.
Starting his career at TD on Dallas’ plumbing team, Clint has achieved many milestones while advancing within the company. He moved to Arizona, where he played a key role in growing the regional office and service operations. Clint holds two master licenses in plumbing and med gas.

Ed is a highly respected leader known for his exceptional dedication and contributions to the Facilities team. With over 30 years of industry experience, Ed brings a wealth of expertise in business acumen, accelerating sustainable growth and ensuring consistent operations.
His career journey includes significant roles in ownership and service provider capacities with regional and multinational firms.
Ed holds an MBA and earned a bachelor of science in construction management from the University of Salford in England.

Mary started her career at TD as a sales representative and has held other roles, including Business Development Manager and Sales Manager. As a mentor and servant leader at TD, she excels at helping her peers grow and building valuable relationships. Mary earned a bachelor's degree in multidisciplinary studies from the University of Oklahoma.

Brian is a key contributor to TD's success. A highly respected and innovative servant leader, Brian strives to build culturally diverse teams across TD’s markets, creating opportunities for talented individuals to grow and excel.
Brian has years of experience in facilities services and brings a unique background and skillset as the founder of his own real estate software company. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University and a Master of Science, Facilities Management from University of Texas, San Antonio.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Heather serves as the Vice President of Customer Service at TDIndustries, providing instrumental leadership and support. Known for her innovative problem-solving skills and commitment to process improvement, Heather embodies TD's core value of passionately pursuing excellence.
Heather began her journey at TD in 2007 in the billing department and progressed through pivotal roles such as Senior Customer Service Manager and Senior Director. She is an expert in complex system operations.

Gary Roden
With a strategic mindset and extensive industry background, Gary leads the Controls division after his tenure as Vice President of Design-Build.
Early in his career, Gary spearheaded a thriving controls and automation venture that was integral to some of the largest projects in North Texas. Gary then served for more than two decades as president of a regional architecture, MEP design, general contracting, and program management company. Gary holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and previously served the community as Mayor Pro Tem and a council member for the city of Coppell, Texas, and National Chairman of the Board for the Associated Builders and Contractors.
Jeff Sherman

Jeff Sherman
Jeff oversees service and maintenance operations in Fort Worth and West Texas and leads TD's BrightBlue smart building services team. He focuses on customer satisfaction while building team members into effective leaders. His diverse background and experience strengthen TD as it expands markets throughout West Texas.
Before joining TD in 2019, Jeff gained extensive experience in sales, marketing and finance, as well as leadership roles in operations and maintenance for client services. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.

Bret brings more than 15 years of energy industry experience, along with a strong background in leading teams and delivering outcomes. Before joining TD, Bret was responsible for the strategic development and growth of service businesses for a large, private E&P Operator. Drawn by TD's focus on team concepts and servant leadership, he joined TD in 2020 and became Vice President for Central Texas Services in 2024.
James Venegas

With extensive experience across multiple disciplines, James provides a unique vision and strategy in his leadership role for TD. Overseeing Houston Facilities and Service, James excels in building customer relationships, overcoming challenges and finding innovative ways to exceed expectations.
James joined TD in 2006, starting as Houston Airport System facilities project manager. He has consistently grown business and developed future leaders. A New Orleans native, James brought 20 years of industrial facilities experience to TD. He holds a degree from Louisiana Technical College as well as licenses in First Class Internal Combustion Engineering, First Class Air Conditioning, First Class Steam Turbine, First Class Boilers, First Class Refrigeration, Class A Contractors and certifications from York Factory Chillers, York Factory Contractors and a Universal CFC Certification.

Throughout his career, Tasos has worn many hats, including estimating, preconstruction services, and business development. He continues to build on this diverse background as he leads the Houston Construction division to great success. Tasos, who has spent his entire career at TD, earned a bachelor's degree in construction science and management from Kansas State University.

Starting as a Project Manager, Chris advanced to roles such as Operations Manager and Vice President of Special Projects. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Arizona Construction, Chris leads teams in Phoenix and Tucson, driving our success in the region. Additionally, Chris is involved with Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) and serves on the Board of Trustees for the apprenticeship program.

Starting his journey at TDIndustries nearly 40 years ago as a plumber's helper, Jimbo now serves as the Vice President of Operations for North Texas. In this role, he oversees workforce allocation, develops strategic plans, ensures policy adherence, and leads training initiatives.
Jimbo is a strong advocate for diversity, and spearheads numerous efforts to promote an inclusive work environment. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the success of several of TD's megaprojects. Committed to his team's well-being, Jimbo focuses on a safe work environment where employees can make quality contributions and return home safely each day. His dedication to operational excellence and employee welfare is a cornerstone of his leadership at TDIndustries.

Brent Hawley
With decades of mechanical construction experience, Brent supports the enterprise as Senior Vice President of Central Texas Construction. He brings proven leadership across diverse markets, including healthcare, education, entertainment and data centers.
He began his career as an estimator and has overseen new construction in multiple markets during his tenure at TD. He has led project management, operations and estimating efforts while gaining field experience. Brent earned a bachelor's degree in construction science and management at Kansas State University.

With a strong engineering background and a focus on mission-critical facilities, Andrew has a passion for providing customers with reliable and creative solutions on complex projects. As Senior Vice President of Special Projects and Process Solutions, TD's process piping division, he strives to foster a culture of collaboration among all stakeholders, ensuring TD provides the best support for our clients.
Andrew joined TD in 2008 as a mechanical designer on the Engineering team. Andrew holds a bachelor's degree (cum laude) in HVACR engineering technology from Ferris State University and serves on the university's HVACR Engineering Technology Advisory Board. He recently completed a term on the Firefighter Air Coalition Advisory Board.
Ronell Peters

Ronell Peters
Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to servant leadership, Ronell has been an integral part of TDIndustries since 1988. Starting as a project coordinator, he progressed through various roles throughout his tenure. In 2013, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President over the Houston Special Projects team.
Ronell's dedication extends beyond the workplace. He is a volunteer chaplain at the Harris County Jail, a board member of Spaulding for Children and actively participates as a board member of the America Subcontractors Association and a committee member of the AGC Specialty Contractor Council.
Ronell received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and his Master of Divinity w/BL from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

James drives TD’s construction efforts in North Texas through operational process improvement, strategic business development and efficient personnel management. He excels as a problem solver, using his strong strategic and analytical skills to design complex projects and foster key customer relationships.
With extensive experience in various market sectors, including healthcare, office, entertainment, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, industrial and manufacturing, James brings valuable insights and solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and management from Purdue University and an MBA from Xavier University.

Aaron Rice
Aaron is responsible for setting strategic direction, operational leadership and client development in the construction market. Known for his leadership and mentoring abilities, Aaron is dedicated to fostering growth in others.

Tara Snow
With extensive experience in marketing, business development and operations, Tara plays a key role in the multifamily construction efforts. Under her leadership, TD continues to serve customers with excellence on multi-scope projects.
Before joining TD in early 2020, Tara excelled in optimizing profit and loss performance at small and large businesses through lean ideas and strategies. She combines business acumen with collaboration and consensus-building skills to develop high-performing, diverse teams. Tara holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of New Mexico and an executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Justin Bowker
Justin is driven by a relentless pursuit of improvement, always seeking innovative solutions to enhance facility performance through experience, technology and collaboration. Justin plays a key role in developing training programs to enhance performance, constructability and cost-effectiveness. A San Antonio native, Justin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Tim initially joined TD with a focus on construction and now leads TD's primary manufacturing and prefabrication site in Dallas. Widely respected as an innovative leader, Tim collaborates to strengthen his team and deliver successful results for customers.

Brent Smith
Brent has proved to be an invaluable asset to his team and customers, showing meticulous attention to detail, technical expertise and a holistic project view, always striving for optimal solutions to foster lasting partnerships.
Starting at TD in 2000 as an assistant project manager, Brent brings a unique perspective, having worked on both the subcontractor and owner sides throughout his career. This diverse experience enables him to anticipate customers' needs effectively. Brent rejoined TD in 2011 and has since held various roles within the company, including construction manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Paul Minton
Paul is executive chairman of California Eastern Laboratories in Santa Clara, Calif. After facilitating TDIndustries’ strategic planning from 1997-2007, he joined the Board of Directors in 2014. Paul’s experience extends beyond leadership of large corporations. He’s also co-founded two start-up technology companies and and served as a strategy consultant for Cisco Systems, Toshiba Medical Systems, Johnson Controls, Hormel, TD and other firms.

Albert was a Senior Executive at the Freeman Company for 14 years until his retirement in late 2020. He joined Freeman as Executive Vice President and Chief People and Planning Officer, and subsequently became Chief Operating Officer for the Expositions Division before assuming the role of president of the Expositions Division. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer for the consolidated company in 2018, focusing on the unification of Freeman-branded business units, to provide enhanced experiences for Freeman clients in the global marketplace. Before Freeman, Chew owned a management consulting firm for five years, focused on strategic planning and integrating customer and people strategies. His previous work came with ClubCorp, where he rose to Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations during a 13+ year career with the company. During his tenure, his responsibilities included people strategy, purchasing, facilities, food and beverage operations, tennis and athletics operations, golf course maintenance and golf operations.

Steve is the former president and CEO of North America for Schuler Group AG in the metal-working industry. He directed strategy and operations as a cross-functional leader from 2013-2015. Before Schuler, he spent 30 years in senior executive roles in international companies, including Otis Elevator (2009-2013), General Electric’s Corporate Initiative Group (1999-2002), Booz & Company in Brazil (1996-1999), Pepsi in Brazil (1994-1996) and Mars & Co. (1990-1994). In Regional VP roles with Otis Elevator, Steve led branch office networks providing elevator installation and after-market services in both North and South America.

Rod rejoined the Board in 2024 after previously serving as a director from 1998-2013. He remains a strong steward of TD’s servant-leadership culture and brings deep mechanical construction knowledge and expertise in regional technical training and operations. Before his standout 30-year career with TDIndustries, Rod owned his own mechanical/electrical business in Iowa. Rod has also served as a board member and chair for the Construction Education Foundation and on the board for TEXO (AGC/ABC).
Rod, renowned at TD as a champion for Lean construction processes, earned an industrial education degree from Northwest Missouri State and participated in management programs at Harvard and Stanford.
Rod volunteers with Meals on Wheels, serves on church and community boards and is a licensed commercial pilot.

Alan joined TDIndustries’ Board of Directors in 2022. He has decades of energy industry experience as a senior business, operations and business development executive, most recently as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Valaris, the world’s largest offshore drilling company. He was a Partner at Trenegy, a Houston-based consulting firm, and excelled in executive roles at Transocean and Atwood Oceanics. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and has a passion for serving his community through education.
Dora Ann Verde

Dora Ann Verde
Dora Verda joined the TDIndustries Board of Directors in February 2008 and serves as chair of the Audit Committee. An accounting and audit consultant and certified public accountant, Dora has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing and consulting. She served five years as chief of internal audit for the San Antonio Water System and 18 years as a partner in a local public accounting firm. If her experience didn’t speak for her, Dora is also active in numerous service and professional organizations, including the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corp., Say Si, a non-profit arts organization, Texas Public Radio for San Antonio and the Hill Country, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, the San Antonio Chapter of CPAs, the Institute of Internal Auditors and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
