Systems managed include central utility plant with 10,520 tons and 13,485 total chiller tonnage. TD provides facilities management services and smart building services for the campus.

TDindustries provides full facility operational management for all buildings and systems at all community college locations. This includes general maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, building automation systems, CCTV and card access systems. TD performs all proactive maintenance and with 24/7 operations. TD also implemented a central call center with a computer maintenance management system and provides a staff of 40+ operating engineers, technicians, electricians, customer service reps, and supervisors. BrightBlue Smart Analytics helps to pinpoint and diagnose system issues, saving energy, utility and labor costs.
