Project Complexity
TD was tasked with constructing a mechanical and plumbing system that could fluctuate based on the event being hosted. The project included 3,800 tons of cooling and has the first grease exhaust system, which uses a combination of environmental galvanized duct hoods and filters. TD reduced costs within the central plant by using alternative means of heat recovery with heat exchangers in lieu of heat recovery chillers.
