AMLI Fountain Place, completed in 2020, was the tallest building constructed in Dallas in more than 25 years. TD completed the entire design-assist plumbing scope using a hybrid approach of commercial and multifamily design principles. With TD's diverse portfolio of multifamily and engineering expertise, TD was able to partner with the customer to deliver the most cost-effective high-end solutions.

Project Complexity
This project used a triplex booster pump, stainless piping and pex for the domestic water, and individual tank water heaters in each unit. Due to the large scale of the project, TD incorporated BIM technology to accurately puncture hundreds of sleeves into the concrete decks, which streamlined construction of the building's built-in ductwork, electrical lines and more.
