Project Complexity
TDIndustries installed all HVAC and plumbing for this stunning project. A 100% variable refrigerant flow HVAC system led to cost saving benefits and energy efficiencies for the customer. Prioritizing the hotel’s design intent, TD disguised and hid all ducting and piping behind woodwork finishes. Large guest bathrooms include antique brass fixtures and freestanding tubs that add to the hotel’s unique western charm. The extreme level of design detail and limited supply of such high-end materials required TD to ensure perfect installation and operate with meticulous coordination and forward planning. Located in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District and surrounded by residential neighborhoods, this site offered little-to-no laydown space and just-in-time deliveries.
