Existing AHU had to be disassembled, removed and replaced. The team modified the existing ductwork and steel structure for a new 50-ton AHU, assembled on-site on the elevated structure. Routed all new refrigerant, condensate and natural gas piping. Set two new condensing units. Also performed the successful installation of 10 split systems.
