Project Overview:
Hensley at the District is a wrap-style multifamily complex with great views of the Colorado mountains. TD provides all HVAC and plumbing work to this six-story, 304-unit building. The customer, Embrey Partners, has built a great relationship with TD and together they have worked on many past projects. Estimated completion date for the Hensley is September 2024.

Project Complexity
The main challenge for this project came after the city delayed the building’s approval for permanent power and water and by default suspended all installation and inspections. TD helped mitigate these delays by providing temporary water to the building and conducting pre-starts so everyone would be ready for finishes once approvals were granted. At the same time, TD was also working on the Keene multifamily complex across the street. Because the general contractor and design teams were the same for both projects, TD’s field teams were able to collaborate on installation methods, Requests for Information (RFIs) and change orders. TD communicates clearly with all partners to find efficiencies to support the successful completion of this luxury multifamily project.
