Just 30 minutes south of Denver, the Keene at the District luxury multifamily units offer gorgeous mountain views in the growing city of Centennial. The Keene stands five stories high and includes 306 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom options. With an expected completion date of fall 2024, TD provides all HVAC and plumbing for this complex.

Project Complexity
City approval delays for permanent power and water affected construction installation and inspection timelines. To limit downtime, TD assisted the project by providing temporary water to conduct pre-starts. Once all city approvals were in place, TD was ready with finishes and continued installing all remaining HVAC and plumbing. The Keene stands across the street from TD’s other multifamily project, the Hensley at the District. Since both projects were built at the same time, TD’s field teams were able to collaborate with the general contractor and design teams on installation methods, Requests for Information (RFIs) and change orders.
