TD was hired to provide the mechanical and plumbing scope for this project located in the "5 Billion Dollar Mile." The campus includes two 11-story office towers and a seven-story parking garage. The facility houses 5,000 employees.

Project Complexity
TD led the BIM integration for the project and worked collaboratively with BBC, Telios, Omniplan and Walker Engineering, assisting with the constructability of the MEP systems.
TD coordinated and implemented innovative solutions for the medium pressure (MP) duct and prefabricated systems in our in-house fabrication shop.
This is a multiple-phase project that earned a LEED Gold Certification.
