The McKenzie is a 183-unit residential high-rise with luxurious apartment homes for lease. It was a new-construction project with some design-assist services. TDIndustries was awarded both the plumbing and HVAC contracts.

Project Complexity
The plumbing contract was for a completely new construction scope including all sanitary sewer, domestic water, storm, and gas with high-level fixture trim packages. The HVAC contract included mostly DX split-system air conditioning systems, LG VRF systems for all corridors and the bottom three floors of units (due to refrigerant line length restrictions), a 100 percent outside air rooftop unit for corridor fresh air and pressurization, and all individual unit venting.
The single-stack ProVent PVC sanitary sewer system, which is standard installation for TD’s Multifamily team, was also used.
