TD's scope consists of HVAC services including but not limited to preventive maintenance, general maintenance, repair services and after-hour service calls. General services include maintaining and troubleshooting building control systems, steam and high temperature hot water within buildings and control of these heating mediums and multiple cooling units including chillers and mechanical systems.
