This highly anticipated hospital consisted of 143 beds, eight operating rooms, one 1,500-ton central plant, an emergency department, comprehensive cancer services, and maternity suites.

Project Complexity
Early involvement with preconstruction allowed the design team to analyze the cost impact of value engineering options. This collaboration paved the way for our BIM coordinators to proceed and work with the design team while creating a virtual model of the entire project prior to construction. Use of TD’s prefabrication shop helped to shorten the installation time and increase the accuracy and quality of the end product.
