Built in 1894, this historic building is engrained in Central Texas’ culture. Initially used as the home for neighboring Pearl Brewery’s fleet of draft horses, Stable Hall is centrally located in the heart of Pearl neighborhood and is surrounded by a multitude of attractions, residential communities, shops, restaurants and offices. Inspired by reconnecting to its Texas roots, Stable Hall has been newly renovated to host concerts and live events showcasing San Antonio’s unique music scene.

TD installed all HVAC and assisted with plumbing on this project, including six new bars, guest bathrooms and a full bathroom suite for the main talent green room. With limited room to work on-site, TD used BIM and VDC modeling to help plan installation without jeopardizing the property’s historical aesthetic and structure. Renovating a 130-year-old historic building while meeting modern codes presented issues that TD was ready to solve, making this a successful project for all visiting patrons and musical acts to enjoy for decades to come.
