Scottish Rite’s Frisco campus was the first major expansion from its original home in downtown Dallas. The campus, designed with stunning views of Lake Lewisville, offers medical care for children, athletes and their families, allowing the TD team to make an immediate impact in the surrounding community.
The TD team was honored to build a state-of-the-art healthcare facility while ensuring the mission-critical campus sustained its operations to continue delivering care for patients without disruption.

Project Complexity
The TD team delivered design-assist services for mechanical and plumbing processes, keeping in mind its likely growth into a hospital within the next decade. Through early and constant collaboration from the lead designer to the project managers, TD helped the entire project team create additional value. TD's mechanical work on this project won the company a TEXO award in 2019.
