TD’s controls team supports more than 1 million square feet of buildings and labs for its Denton, Houston and Dallas campuses. Open controls system projects include retrofits, remodels, new construction and maintenance with support from TD’s service team.

Managing controls across TWU’s multiple buildings and vast campus requires our technicians to consistently perform at a high level. In addition to normal considerations for any higher-education institution such as scheduling timelines around semesters and working around school faculty and students, TWU is unique in its steam operations. TWU uses both chill water and steam from its central plant, which requires TD controls technicians to follow additional protocols.
