TD's scope includes design-build mechanical and plumbing services for this 25-story, Class AA office tower that serves as a connection between the Uptown and Victory Park areas of Dallas. The office tower offers tenants luxury amenities, including two ground-floor restaurants, overnight executive suites, and a full amenity floor with an outdoor terrace.

As one of the largest design-build projects in TD’s portfolio, The Link at Uptown required three years of planning and construction amid pandemic challenges and the limitations of a tight urban footprint. TD collaborated with key stakeholders throughout the project. The team designed and constructed the building's first-class, luxury mechanical and plumbing systems.TD was awarded the ASA of North Texas' Platinum Award for design-build mechanical and controls work.
